Registration and Accounts
You may browse our website without registering for an account. To schedule counseling sessions and access certain features, you must register and create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account information updated.

Scheduling and Cancellations
Counseling sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance. You may reschedule or cancel at any time with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to cancel with less than 24 hours notice or failure to show up to a scheduled appointment may result in being charged for the missed session.

Payments and Refunds
We accept major credit cards and online payments. All counseling fees must be paid prior to the scheduled session. Payments are non-refundable but unused balances can be applied toward future sessions. If we are unable to provide services already paid for, you will receive a full refund.
